I WAS A TABLE

This Is Not a Kitchen is an independent dining project born from the desire to connect cooks, creatives, and communities outside the boundaries of traditional restaurants.

It’s not a business-as-usual kitchen — it’s a collaborative space where food becomes art, conversation, and culture. We host intimate pop-up dinners for 10–15 guests in non-traditional venues: closed restaurants, homes, community spaces. Each event is themed, seasonal, and designed to bring people together — chefs, skaters, wine producers, musicians, and curious eaters alike.

The project is curated by the founder of Knife Tiger, blending fashion, gastronomy, and storytelling into a shared experience. Sometimes we just cook pasta and talk. Sometimes we pair dishes with music, visuals, or stories. But always, we cook with intention and serve something more than food.

This is a club. A dinner. A movement.
