We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We use [Printful’s shipping services], which may include carriers like DHL, USPS, or FedEx.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we plan to expand in the future.
4. Customs & Import Fees (For Future International Orders)
If you place an order outside of the U.S., your package may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first (DHL, USPS, FedEx, etc.) to file a claim.
If the carrier provides official proof that the package was lost or damaged, contact us at ktiger.canada@gmail.com with the claim documentation, and we will assist you in finding a solution.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
