Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days before shipment.
  • Shipping time: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days (varies by location).
  • We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • We use [Printful’s shipping services], which may include carriers like DHL, USPS, or FedEx.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we plan to expand in the future.

4. Customs & Import Fees (For Future International Orders)

  • If you place an order outside of the U.S., your package may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first (DHL, USPS, FedEx, etc.) to file a claim.
  • If the carrier provides official proof that the package was lost or damaged, contact us at ktiger.canada@gmail.com with the claim documentation, and we will assist you in finding a solution.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
