Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• There is a printing issue
• You received the wrong product

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ktiger.canada@gmail.com with photos of the problem. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns for:

• Wrong size selection
• Change of mind

Please double-check our size guide before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
